(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and a natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") arising from or in connection with a purchase contract concluded via the Seller's online store (e-shop).
1. Subject of the Contract
1.1. The Seller offers for sale through the e-shop:
a) Physical goods – musical instruments, accessories and related assortment (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods"),
b) Reservation service – reservation ticket for a future cultural or music event (hereinafter referred to as the "Reservation").
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these GTC.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The Buyer places an order via the e-shop.
2.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment when the Seller confirms the order to the Buyer by e-mail.
2.3. In the case of Goods, the contract concerns the delivery of a physical product.
2.4. In the case of a Reservation, the subject of the contract is the provision of a preferential right to purchase a ticket for a specified event and the crediting of the paid reservation fee against the final ticket price.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. All prices are stated including VAT.
3.2. The Buyer shall pay the price by the payment methods available in the e-shop.
3.3. In the case of Goods, the Buyer also pays the shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
3.4. In the case of a Reservation, the reservation fee constitutes a deposit for the future purchase of a ticket. This amount will be deducted in full from the final ticket price.
3.5. The Reservation is delivered exclusively in electronic form to the Buyer's e-mail address provided in the order.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Goods are dispatched within the time period specified for the respective product. Delivery is carried out through a contracted carrier.
4.2. A confirmation of the Reservation including a unique reservation code is sent automatically after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
5.1. Goods (Consumer Contracts)
If the Buyer is a consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receipt of the Goods without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The Goods must be returned unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.
5.2. Reservation (Leisure Services Exception)
In accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services related to leisure activities (e.g. concerts or cultural events) if the service is to be provided on a specified date.
Therefore, the reservation fee is non-refundable in the event that the Buyer does not use the Reservation.
5.3. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the paid reservation fee will be refunded in full.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1. The warranty period for Goods is 24 months for consumers, unless a longer period is stated.

6.3. In the case of a Reservation, complaints apply primarily to technical delivery errors (e.g. failure to receive the reservation confirmation e-mail).
6.4. The Seller shall handle complaints without undue delay, no later than within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Czech legislation.
7.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of order processing, contract performance and fulfilment of legal obligations.
7.3. Detailed information on data processing is provided in a separate Privacy Policy document published on the Seller's website.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
8.1. A consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution.
8.2. The competent body for alternative dispute resolution in the Czech Republic is:

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
9.2. If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
9.3. These GTC are valid and effective from 1.1.2026
